Shipping Questions

1 - When will my order will be shipped?
Your order will be ship within 24 hours upon receiving the payment of your order.
2 - Which carrier do you use to ship?
We use Canada Post and USPS to ship our products.
3 - How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it take 5 business days. Usually between 3 - 7 business days.
4 - How much will the shipping cost?
The shipping is automatically calculated depending on where the item(s) will be shipped. Our server is connected directly with our carrier and returns the actual cost of shipping.
5 - Can I get a shipping quote before ordering?
Yes you can get a quote before ordering. Place the item(s) needed in your cart and before purchasing, you can request the actual price of shipping before completion of your order.
6 - Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. It is the customer responsibility to pay for any Tax and or Duty for the product(s) ordered.

1 - Do you carry all products for Hammerhead Offroad machine?
We do not carry all parts for Hammerhead Offroad machine. We concentrate on the 150 models and some parts for the 250 / 300. We can track most of the 150 parts and will add parts as we get them in. The 250 / 300, those parts are little bit harder to find and some of the parts used on the 250 / 300 are not available anymore.
2 - Are the parts on your website in stock?
If the part(s) show in stock, the part(s) will be shipped within 24 hours. If we can not provide you with the part(s) within 24 hours because the part(s) are damaged or inventory mistake, you will be automatically refunded within 24 hours for the product(s) we can not ship. If you order more than 1 part and we can not fulfill the entire order, you will be notified by email and you will have the choice to cancel the order or take the part(s) in stock. You will automatically be refunded for the missing part(s). We do not keep your money for missing part(s).
3 - Do you guarantee that the part(s) ordered will fit my machine?
You are 100% guarantee that the parts from our website will fit your machine without changing anything else. Make sure to read the product page to see which machine use the particular page. If the product page does not talk about your machine, there's good chance it will not fit but some part might work. As some parts changed over the years, it's hard to find the exact same products. You will be notified in RED for the parts that have changed or more than 1 part has been used by Hammerhead Offroad on a specific machine. It is the customers responsibility to check the original product install on their machine. You can send us an email to double check before purchasing the product.
4 - Do you guarantee your products?
We do not guarantee all products. Electrical product and belts are not guarantee. All other products are guarantee, but do not include product installed incorrectly and products that have been abused. Pictures of the product will be requested for any guarantee inquiries.
